The goal was to create an NFT platform that is easier to use, especially for beginners. The NFT market is growing rapidly, but many platforms are too complicated for people who don’t have a technical background. We wanted to build a simpler and more user-friendly platform so that anyone could easily create and trade NFTs.

Problem or Need: Existing NFT platforms like OpenSea and Rarible are powerful, but they’re also a bit too complicated, especially for people who are new to NFTs. Many users struggle with creating or trading NFTs, which discourages potential users. To solve this, we decided to design a more user-friendly platform that makes it easy for more people to get involved, increasing user engagement and the overall transaction volume.

I designed a visually appealing online gallery and added a "Wishlist" feature. This lets users save NFTs they are interested in and check back or track price changes.

From user behavior analysis, I found that many users forget or can't find NFTs they liked before, which frustrates them and affects their buying decisions.

I simplified the NFT purchasing process down to 7 key steps, removing unnecessary actions to reduce the cart abandonment rate.

Data analysis showed that many users abandon their carts because the process is too complicated, causing them to quit halfway.

By applying the 7-step simplification method, each step was strategically placed in the key flow, reducing the process from data input to payment confirmation to the minimum necessary actions. As a result, cart abandonment rates decreased, checkout success rates improved, and the overall user experience was significantly enhanced.

Select an NFT
Users start by browsing the platform, looking through different NFT collections. They can see multiple NFTs with images and titles and select one they’re interested in.

After selecting an NFT, users are taken to the details page where they can see more information about the NFT, including its owner and other key details. They can choose to purchase or proceed with other actions.
Connect Wallet
Before purchasing, users need to connect their crypto wallet. A prompt appears for them to select their preferred wallet option to link with the platform.
Choose Payment Method
Once the wallet is connected, users can choose their payment method. The screen shows different cryptocurrency options for completing the transaction.
Confirm Transaction
Users review the transaction details, including the payment amount and NFT price. Once everything looks correct, they proceed to confirm the transaction.
Complete the Purchase
After the payment is processed, users receive a confirmation that the transaction is complete. The NFT is now added to their personal collection, visible on their dashboard.

Through user research and design iterations, we improved the platform’s usability and made it more competitive in a crowded market.
